Anxi Tie Guan Yin Oolong-25g

Each unit is 25 grams of tea, multiple units will be combined

This Oolong is from the Anxi county of Fujian, China, with a slightly longer fermentation and minimal roasting to bring out a creamy pine nut flavor. Overall very enjoyable and our go-to when we need something simple, fresh, and green. The tea itself is fresh and vegetal, even with a few years aging that has brought on a more oxidized color to the leaf. 

This is a great daily tea for those who aren't too picky about their oolong, and comes with enough for 3-4 sessions. Each session of about 5-7 grams per 150ml may be steeped anywhere from 8-15 times depending on preference, preferably at 190F or 85C
